Prints, postcards and stickers are packaged and shipped by me from my base in Germany. Apparel and other accessories are printed and shipped out per order by my supplier based in the UK.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order you will be contacted via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the items you ordered. Covid 19 has also put more strain onto the postal service all over the world. See chart below for more information.
Note: In some cases packages might be held in customs or get lost on their way so I can not 100% guarantee the timetable below.

Note: All of my products (except stickers and postcards) are made to order to prevent waste. This means that it takes 3-5 days to process and print your order so please keep that in mind with the outlined shipping times above.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. If you selected "recorded" or "courier" shipping at the checkout you will receive a tracking number. This tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
I am not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
I am not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. I try to make sure to properly protect the products for shipping but accidents happen. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please also get in touch with me at firstname.lastname@example.org so I can assess the damage and hopefully get a new product shipped your way.
The return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your package is lost in the mail you might be eligible to receive a replacement product. If more than 4 weeks have passed after the item was shipped please email me at email@example.com.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
