Fernanda is a journalist and professional documentary photographer from Mexico. When she reached out to me, she was looking for a personal rebrand. She had created her own logo but felt it wasn’t quite right.
With an upcoming website update, she needed a new logo that could represent both her land and underwater photography – something versatile for her website, newsletter, and even merchandise.
After our initial discovery call, I started brainstorming different styles for the logo. Fernanda wanted to keep the elements of a volcano and the ocean from her old logo but in a way that looked more polished and professional.
We went through several revisions, experimenting with various looks until we landed on something that felt just right: an elegant, clean illustration that perfectly captured her unique capabilities and perspective.
The outcome
Using her existing logo as a base, I crafted a more refined and cohesive brand identity for Fernanda. The final deliverables included:
- A main logo
- A secondary textured logo
- A favicon
- A signature
- A custom font
Now, Fernanda's brand aligns beautifully with her mission and values, reflecting the depth of her photography.
