Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, please use the withdrawal function available on our website.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will confirm receipt immediately by email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised items.

Defective or damaged items

Lost packages
