Styngvi ships worldwide!

All products are made to order and shipped directly by trusted production partners. I no longer package or ship orders myself. Orders within the European Union are produced and shipped from within the EU. Orders to the UK and the rest of the world are produced and shipped from the UK. 

Shipment processing time

Because all products are made to order, please allow time for your order to be printed and prepared before shipping. Orders are normally produced within 2 to 5 working days. Production may take a little longer during busy periods, product launches or holidays. Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Production time and shipping time are separate. The estimated delivery times below begin once your order has been produced and dispatched.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Delivery times depend on your location, the product ordered and the shipping service available.

Note: In some cases packages might be held in customs or get lost on their way so I can not 100% guarantee the timetable below.

 

These are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed arrival dates. Delays can occasionally happen because of customs, local postal services, severe weather, strikes or other circumstances outside my control.

Please allow additional time during busy periods such as Christmas.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been produced and dispatched. Where tracking is available, your tracking information will be included in this email. It can sometimes take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Some shipping services may offer limited tracking depending on the destination.

Incorrect shipping addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Because orders automatically enter production, I may not be able to change the address after an order has been placed. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible at info@styngvi.com.

I cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has started. Additional shipping or replacement costs may apply if an order cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped within the European Union are produced and dispatched from within the EU and should not normally be subject to import duties. Orders outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or handling fees when they arrive in the destination country.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the product or shipping price unless clearly stated at checkout. Any import charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs procedures may also cause delivery delays.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or does not arrive, please contact me at info@styngvi.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant.

I will review the issue and work with the production and shipping partners to arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.
