Shipping policy

Styngvi ships worldwide!

Prints, postcards and stickers are packaged and shipped by me from my base in Czech Republic.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order you will be contacted via email.

Note: In some cases packages might be held in customs or get lost on their way so I can not 100% guarantee the timetable below.

Note: All of my products are made to order to prevent waste. This means that it takes 5-7 days to process and print your order so please keep that in mind with the outlined shipping times above.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped. If you selected "recorded" or "courier" shipping at the checkout you will receive a tracking number. This tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

I am not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

I am not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. I try to make sure to properly protect the products for shipping but accidents happen. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please also get in touch with me at info@styngvi.com so I can assess the damage and hopefully get a new product shipped your way.
